Shipping and Returns
How much is shipping?
Please see rates in checkout page as each product has different rates due to handling requirements.
How are the products packed?
They are packed securely by two layers of bubble wrap.
Can I self pick-up from your address?
We are located at AMK and Flora Vista.
What is your return and exchanges policy?
Because this is a food-related item, we do not allow for returns and exchanges. Please reach out to us if you have any issues and we will do our best to make it right.
If your item is damaged during delivery, we will provide an exchange.

Where are your products made?
We are 100% proudly made in Singapore.
I have dietary restrictions. Is your product suitable for me?
Our rice wines and ginger tea are gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian friendly.
We also do not add any additional sugars, preservatives, artificial colouring, or additives to our rice wines.
How long can I keep the products for?
Please read the instructions on the product label. We recommend all products to be consumed within 3 months of opening.
What is TCM?
TCM stands for Traditional Chinese Medicine. TCM is an alternative medicine system with historical roots across China, and is the oldest form of holistic healing. There is a lot of recent scientific research that backs a lot of the benefits.
Are your products pregnancy friendly?
While there are no ingredients that are directly contraindicated during pregnancy, we definitely recommend consulting your doctor before taking and introducing any new products during this time - Ye Traditions or otherwise!
Can I take Ye Traditions while breastfeeding?
While there are no ingredients that are directly contraindicated during pregnancy. To be safe, always speak to your doctor before taking any natural health products, including the products by Ye Traditions.
Is Ye Traditions SFA approved?
Yes. Our quality, sourcing, packaging, and health and safety standards go way beyond government controls- and will continue to do so as we continue to develop and grow!
