Experience the perfect pairing with Ye Traditions' bundle of Red Rice Wine (红糟酒) and Red Yeast Rice Lees (红糟). These two staples, used together in traditional 红糟鸡 (hong zao chicken soup), bring the authentic flavours of Singapore's culinary heritage into your kitchen.
Perfect for confinement, festive cooking, and everyday family recipes — this complete kit has everything you need for authentic hong zao chicken without buying ingredients separately.
What's Included
- Red Rice Wine (红糟酒) — 7% v/v, handcrafted from premium glutinous rice and red yeast. Adds rich, earthy depth and a natural ruby-red colour to soups and stews.
- Red Yeast Rice Lees (红糟) — the fermented lees remaining after wine production. Adds colour, probiotics, and an intensely savoury, slightly tangy flavour to dishes.
Both are SFA licensed, with no preservatives, no salt, no added sugar — brewed in Singapore in small batches using a century-old Ye Traditions family recipe.
