Rice Wine Brewing Workshop

The workshop starts at 11am, and will end around 2.30pm, with a quick lunch break in between (at your own expense). 

The workshop will cover: 
1. History and culture of rice wine
2. Introduction to rice wine brewing
3. Hands-on end-to-end workshop of your own rice wine brew (pls see dates for red vs yellow rice wine)
4. Demo of a rice wine chicken dish
